The Schedule looks as follows:
- 1st February 2023: publication of the call for papers
- 28th April 2023: deadline to hand in submissions for the IWMA Young Talent Award / Ph.D.
- 15th May 2023: deadline to hand in abstracts for IWMC 2023 / activation of the conference webpage
- 30th June 2023: notification of speakers / winner of the IWMA Young Talent Award to be announced
- 1st August 2023: publication of the IWMC programme
- 15th August 2023: end of the early bird period and invitation to the IWMA 2023 member meeting
- 6th September 2023: deadline for suggestions regarding the agenda for the IWMA 2023 member meeting
- 4th October 2023: final versions of presentations due
- 6th October 2023: closure of registration (noon / CET)
