Last month, Danfoss has taken full ownership of the company Danfoss Semco A/S. "The takeover takes place in connection with a change in the company's forward-looking strategy", says General Manager and Vice President Poul Harder Nielsen.
Danfoss A/S has successfully completed the full acquisition of Danfoss Semco A/S. Since 2006, Danfoss Semco A/S was 60 per cent owned by Danfoss A/S, Denmark's biggest industrial components manufacturer and 40 per cent owned by C.W. Obel, a large Danish investment company.
As a result of the 100 per cent takeover, the new legal name of the company has changed from Danfoss Semco A/S to Danfoss Fire Safety A/S.
