IWMA member iMist is finalist for the Housing Digital Innovation Awards. Category: Best Fire Safety! The awards recognize recognise and celebrate the wealth of innovation that has taken place within housing in the previous year.

Earlier this year (2022), nearly 400 housing professionals journeyed to Birmingham’s Edgbaston arena for the first ever Housing Digital Innovation Awards. It was a night full of celebration and triumph, one that validated the sector’s enormous desire for innovation and positive change.
Following the success of the Awards, we are proud to be bringing them back for another outing in 2023.
To those who work in housing, the breadth and depth of innovation within the sector might seem obvious. Every day, we read about a new modular development, a new retrofit initiative, a new approach to tenant engagement, or a new IT solution that reminds us of the sector’s unrelenting search for a better way of doing things.
Many of these innovations have been driven by new and evolving threats. Decarbonisation, digital engagement, building safety, and the delivery of new homes are all significant issues the sector is currently having to grapple with. And while our solutions might not always hit the mark, the willingness to try and do something different to tackle such challenges should be recognised.
